What the site collects without your consent

Nothing that identifies you. We measure anonymous page traffic so we know what people are interested in. That data holds no name, no email and no identifier that would follow you across other sites.

Your choice about ad measurement is stored in your browser (localStorage, key dish_consent_v1) and is never sent anywhere.

OpenAI Ads conversion measurement

If you give consent, the OpenAI Ads measurement script (oaiq) is loaded. It serves one purpose: to tell whether a visit came from one of our ads and whether it ended in an action such as a reservation. That is how we know which ad is worth running and which is wasted money.

To do that the script stores an identifier in your browser and passes OpenAI information about the page visited and the action taken. We do not pass it your name, email, phone number or the contents of your reservation.

Without consent the script is not loaded at all and no request reaches OpenAI servers.

Reservations and orders

The reservation form is operated by Bookio and food orders by Restia. Whatever you enter there is processed by those services under their own terms. We only see what we need in order to accept the reservation or the order.

Changing your choice

Any time. The footer has a Cookie settings link that reopens the consent card. Declining takes effect immediately and the site works exactly as before.
