About us
Our story
Dish started writing its story in November 2012 on Římská Street 29. Since 2019, you can find us at our current address on Belgická. From the very beginning, we have put quality and local ingredients first. Our beef comes from a trusted farm in Hyršov, fresh bread is prepared by the family bakery Vrbský. We have been pouring Únětický 12° since day one, and for craft beer fans we also have our own Dishitka on tap, brewed for us by the "flying" Pivoboard.
