À PROPOS DE NOUS

Dish a commencé son histoire en novembre 2012, au 29 de la rue Římská. Depuis 2019, nous sommes installés à notre adresse actuelle, rue Belgická. Dès le début, nous nous sommes concentrés sur la qualité et les ingrédients locaux. Notre viande provient d’une ferme réputée à Hyršov, et notre pain frais est préparé par la boulangerie familiale Vrbský. Depuis notre ouverture, nous servons la bière 12° de la brasserie d’Únětice, et pour les amateurs de bières spéciales, nous proposons notre propre Dishítka, brassée pour nous par la brasserie “volante” Pivoboard.

Nous croyons que la qualité commence dans la cuisine, c’est pourquoi nous préparons tout ce qui est possible nous-mêmes. Des frites maison à toutes les sauces – nous misons sur une fabrication artisanale et des saveurs authentiques. Venez savourer un burger fait avec amour et respect pour les ingrédients.
